With the clients I already service, both cat and dog, safety and trust is highly important. With a family dog of my own, I know I would want him to be safe. On walks, dogs are always on leash for their safety and the safety of the community. Within your space, that environment is respected and should I be there, the pup shouldn't need to be crated as they are supervised.
