Dog walking/sitting isn’t a chore to me, it’s a hobby. I love playing outside with dogs and taking them on walks even in cold weather! I believe that dogs really are mans best friend, they are unconditional lovers and I plan to give each and every dog I watch unconditional love in return. I will treat every dog like my own. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life. Right now I am only accepting dog sitting in my own home. We do have a very fun loving husky/aussie mix that LOVES other dogs and will happily play with your pup till the cows come home. All we ask is that your dog be open to other dogs! And we can certainly work around any boundaries that your dog has.

Tessa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure not only is your animal comfortable but you are updated throughout your animal’s stay. We have used her twice now to watch our wild child German Shepherd. Bella is worn out (in a great way) when we pick her up so we can tell Tessa has done a great job exercising Bella’s high energy out. We can’t wait to use her again.

A typical day
I love going on hikes in different parks or the beach. Going to parks and playing fetch with sticks, balls, and frisbees is also fun! If the dog likes water play I know some great safe parks with water access to lakes/rivers/streams where we can play in.

I am currently working full time as an eye doctor and just watch dogs for companionship and fun! Week nights and weekends are best, but if sitting is needed during the week my fiancé Brett who works from home will be enlisted to help!
