Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Tessa. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona and moved out to Chicago a couple years ago to attend graduate school in Physician Assistant studies. I joined Rover because I love all different types of dogs and I terribly miss my golden retriever, Murphy, back in Arizona! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages including puppies (I also have had a couple cats in the past as well), and I am a very active person so daily walks will not be a problem. I also have experience giving medications if your dog requires daily medication. My schedule is flexible throughout the week as I am a student. I would love to sit for your dog! Tessa was great with our pup. She sent pictures of their walks and gave me updates on how Isa was doing. Our old pup gets nervous being boarded and could use some extra attention in her golden years, this was the perfect way to have her stay comfortable and well cared for in her own home. Bonus was someone was in our house while we were away and the house was in perfect shape when we returned. We will book with Tessa again for sure on our next trip!
Tessa sat for my dog Penny over a weekend and was great. She took time to have a meet and greet before the stay and was very clear about what her schedule was during the time. During the stay she sent plenty of pictures and updates and I was very comfortable knowing she was taking care of my dog. I would definitely recommend Tessa as a sitter for your dog!

I have never seen someone so caring for a dog! When Tessa dog sitted for me, she made sure she did everything she could to properly care for my dog! She was very professional, kind, and trustworthy. She has a lot of experience with caring for animals. I was not worried at all when leaving my dog with her. I would definitely recommended Tessa to anyone. Thanks so much for all your help!
