Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Tess and I would love to help take care of your pet(s) for you! I have been dog-sitting consistently for the last 8 years. I’ve cared for anything from a tiny Yorkie to high energy weimaraners (Plus the occasional cat or horse). Size and breed are never an issue. For the past 6 years I have also been working at a small animal hospital as a Kennel tech/technician assistant. I have plenty of experience giving oral and injectable medications to dogs of various sizes. I have cared for pets of many sizes, breeds, and ages, so there will be no issues there. Every pet will get the attention they need. My goal is to give your pet the best care they could possibly have- your pets always come first!!

First time using someone outside our family to watch our 3 girls. Tess came to meet them prior to our weekend away and was very professional. She stayed at our home and took care of great care of our dogs as well as our home. She had great communication throughout our time away. We will definitely use her again in the future.
Tess did a great job with my boys! As shepherds, they can be a little demanding, but she handled everything wonderfully and took great care of them. Even got them all the meds they needed for their allergies. I would highly recommend Tess to watch your pets anytime you are away and she will definitely be my first choice in the future.
Tess was great. She watched our two pups at our house and sent us several updates with pictures. We would definitely recommend her and have her again.

How do the dogs interact with strangers and other animals? So If I take them for a walk will they be okay to walk by other people and/or dogs. Are they good on a leash?
A typical day
Depending on the dog’s needs I love to take them out for walks or to just play and hang around the house. I like to be able to keep them busy.

Availability
I’m currently working full time from 7-5 Monday to Thursday. Fridays are the only day I have availability at the moment but I am available all day so I can help at any time! (Dog-walking is currently the only service I provide)
