I would recommend Tess to anyone needing care for their pets. My dogs, who take time to warm up to strangers, loved Tess. She was polite, punctual, and overall great to work with. The next time I need assistance with my pets, she will be my first go to.
To Whom It May Concern, I’ve had the privilege to meet Tess through our jobs at Running Aces and was honored that she asked me to write a letter of recommendation for her, for Rovers. My wife and I are the definitive dog owners and right now have three, Cooper, Aspen and Danny, ranging in size from LARGE to medium and tiny. Who we trust to feed and walk our dogs when Ann is at work and I’m traveling, is a very serious thing. First, the dogs love Tess. Aspen can be skittish with strangers but by her second visit, was totally cool with her. That’s not easy. In terms of punctuality and not missing a walk, that’s never been an issue. There are two types of food for the three dogs and Danny needs to eat separately. She has never “confused”, or got who-gets-what mixed up. And she doesn’t rush the walks, making sure the dogs get a nice long walk to work out their energy. Again, trusting someone with your dogs is not something that we take lightly. I have known Tess since she was very young, and have had her watch my two dogs (as well as my daughters) while I've been away. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone else. She is one of the most loving, responsible and smart young women I have ever met! Even when she was busy with work, school and her sports (she is a GREAT golfer by the way), she went out of her way to come take care of my family. This meant activities like driving across town, picking up food, and carrying all things from her car into our house for my dogs and kids.

I do work a full time job (Mon-Friday 8-4), but time management is very important to me. I do well at establishing a structured routine to ensure the well-being of the pets in my care. I allocate specific time slots before and after work for feeding, exercise, and playtime, ensuring that their needs are met. Regular walks, interactive playtime, and mental stimulation activities are incorporated into their daily schedule. Additionally, I prioritize maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, including regular grooming and hygiene practices. I understand the importance of consistency and structure in a pet's routine, and I strive to provide a reliable and nurturing daily care routine that promotes their overall health and happiness.
