I am a passionate, experienced and reliable dog watcher and walker. Aside from my 15+ years of personal animal-care experience, I also have two years of professional work under my belt. While working at a doggy daycare, I became acutely tuned-in to dog behavior and now feel confident when working with any type of dog.

Galamander - our black Labrador - truly LOVES Tess! She has amazing, cheerful dog energy - puppies gravitate to her. Tess is great at dog walking, tossing balls in the park, or simply snuggling with our pet. She has a calm and tranquil disposition that makes her a good fit for even a skittish or shy dog. She's super responsible, trustworthy, and dependable (necessary qualities for someone taking care of your dog family). We wish our dog could spend more time with Tess.
Tess is an incredibly caring and reliable dog caregiver with plenty of experience working with animals one-on-one and in larger groups. She is very comfortable handling dogs of varying sizes on and off leash and has a deep passion for working with dogs.
Tess has walked and played with our dogs for several years. She has an intuition about animals and seems to instantly know what they need; when to play, when to wind down, what activity they will like best. I’ve never seen a gentler and more caring human being with animals. Our dogs and cat for that matter, absolutely love when Tess comes to take them to the park, take them for a walk, or just to provide love and affection for a while. You won’t find anyone better or more committed to taking good care of your pets. She’s a natural.
I’ve never known someone to connect with animals in the way that Tess does. She is a true animal lover. Additionally, she is responsible and trustworthy. She has plenty of experience working with animals which is apparent in her interactions with them. I very rarely trust anyone to watch my dog, Cricket, but 1000% trust Tess.

Due to my renting situation, I am unfortunately unable to house dogs in my own home, but I am fully comfortable walking them in any specific location, and tending to them in their own homes.

A typical day
I am comfortable taking your dogs wherever you’re most comfortable with me taking them. This includes forests, the beach or just your own neighborhood. I would prefer taking them to a place that you know they will be safe and happy in. Additionally, I’m a huge fan of playing with dogs— from tug of war to fetch, I’m more than willing to help wear out all that energy!
