Pet care experience
I know how hard it is to trust someone with your pet! You want someone who will treat them with all the love and care that you would. I totally get it! I work from home most days and have plenty of time to spend making your pet feel loved while you are away. My dog Mo loves to play with other dogs and is looking forward to new friends! I offer a spacious, fully enclosed and secure backyard in which our dogs can run around and burn off energy. Dogs are kept in house and will have supervised play times in the backyard throughout the day.

My dog came back from a stay at Tesia happy and dirty, just the way he likes it. He's a rambunctious 1-yr old puppy with high energy, so I was a little concerned about how well he would behave. I needn't have worried. He got lots of play time with other dogs to use up that excess energy and it sounds like Tesia managed him very well with a firm but gentle hand.
Tesia was wonderful to both our dogs for two weeks! We were so sad and nervous to leave them for the holidays, but they clearly enjoyed their stay with her and Sampson. Tesia made it easy to meet and greet and has great flexibility with drop off and pick up, which is really helpful since we live on the peninsula and traffic is unpredictable.
Tesia is good with both dogs and humans. Her dog and mine quickly became best friends. Her backyard is a good size for dog play.
Our 10 month old Collie, Shasta, had a great time with Tesia and Samson. There's a large yard for them to frolic in, and freedom to hang out in the house where they're comfortable. Shasta found someone who could keep up with his puppy playfulness! This is our first time using DogVacay and will definitely use it again.

A typical day
Your pup will spend a lot of time playing with my very energetic guy Mo. If all dogs are leash trained we usually go walkies at least once during the day. We also have lots of toys and I will DEFINITELY get my cuddles in! ?

Availability
I am retired and run my own home baking business so I have a very flexible schedule. I will be home most of the time but may be out making deliveries for a couple of hours.
