Pet care experience
I have fostered 5+ dogs, trained them all out of bad habits to find great homes. Have a dog of my own who get's along with all dogs. I have been around dogs for 15+ years and have helped many out of behavioral issues. Look forward to meeting you and your companion! I work form home and have flexible hours so will be able to care for your pet as if they were my own. I take my dog Nala out every morning / afternoon / and evening time to various places. Ranges from outdoor parks, dog parks, and hiking areas. We also take daily walks around our neighborhood so any dog will fit right in! I have a fenced in yard as well as several different crate sizes for your pet. Depending on their obedience/Potty training I also have a doggy pen that allows for them to be out of their crate until we go for our walks. Any concerns please don't hesitate to ask.

Tesfay was the foster parent to our beloved rescue dog, Roxy. During his one month with her, he taught her to stay, sit, lay down, shake, wait to eat or go on a walk, and run alongside a bicycle. She was also house broken when we adopted her and has never had an accident in our house! Tesfay taught us the commands and provided videos. Roxy still obeys these commands with and without treats. Tesfay is a true dog lover and has an amazing ability to train with a kind, but firm hand. He is also very nice and great at communicating promptly with owners. I would highly recommend Tesfay for dog training!
Tesfay did an excellent job bonding with my dog and walking him while I was out of town. He even took my dog to the dog park on several days, way beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Tesfay to care and exercise any dog and I will definitely call on him again when I leave town.
Tesfay is a very responsible, caring dog sitter. The dogs seem to really love Tesfay. He is communicative and takes great pride in the care he gives our little ones. Thanks Tesfay for always putting our minds at ease that our pups are well taken care of!
Tesfay fostered and later pet sat my dog, Daisy. He took really good care of her and even trained her to sit, stay and getting used to being in a crate! Made my life so much easier. I would definitely recommend Tesfay to anyone looking for a responsible and knowledgeable person about dogs to take care of their pet.

I prefer dogs that have basic obedience training, get along with other dogs, and have not shown sign of aggression in the past. I would also expect your dog to not be on any medications or have any recent sicknesses. We can discuss all this in advance.
A typical day
7:30am – 8:30 am: Potty and play in the backyard or walk 8:30am - 9 am: Breakfast / relax in Crate or Doggy Pen 9 am-11:30am: Nap 11:30am – 12:00pm: potty / play (maybe Kong toy as snack) 12:30pm – 3:30pm: take a nap in the crate or Pen 3:30pm – 5:30pm: potty, play, take a walk (bike ride) 5:30pm – 6:00pm: eat dinner 6:00pm – 8:00pm: potty, play, lounge around 8:00pm – 10:00pm: potty, play 10:00pm – bedtime
