Very nice and welcoming he also responded pretty quickly which was nice. However, this was my first time having been away from my dog for so long and I didn't get as many updates as my anxious mom-brain would like. My dog also came back with a really bad rash. I took my dog to the vet and he said the rash could have been caused by a plant allergy or bug bite and made worse by my dog constantly scratching the area. Terry was very nice and seemed very concerned when I mentioned the rash after I picked him up but he said he did not notice it which leads me to believe that my dog spent most of the time in a crate :(. I hate to leave a negative review because Terry was such a nice guy! I just don't want any other dog parents to have to deal with the same issues.

It was an amazing experience to leave Houston and know Balzy was being loved by Terry J. When I met Terry Balzy took to him immediately - always a good sign. I received updates and photos, and I knew all was well. I can’t thank Terry enough. He will be my go to person whenever we/I travel. My Balzy is 75 pounds of energetic boxer. With Terry he did not lose the weight that he typically loses when in boarding. Thanks again, Terry. Looking forward to seeing you in the near future (if your available, I hope, I hope).
