Pet care experience
I've been dog walking for years - starting with my first dog-walking experience in college, Hobbes, a lovely golden retriever. In addition, I have been boarding my friends dogs for the past few years (having a fenced-in, private backyard in Brooklyn and Harlem has been fantastic) and am excited to build on that experience. In addition, I've been taking care of cats since my previous roommate brought our lovely cat, Zeke, home.

Working with Terri has been a delightful experience. Not only is he punctual, communicative, and loving towards my pups. When I leave them in his care, I can rest assured they’ll be fed and walked on a timely basis. Terri’s love for furry friends is self evident in how playful and affectionate he is with them. Terri has watched my dog twice now. My dog absolutely loves him! He has a spacious yard for my dog to run around and a comfy space for lounging inside. He loves and cares for my dog as if its his own. His schedule is very accommodating and he was flexible with dropoff/ pickup.
Terri took incredible care of my dog, Rosa, while I was traveling for work. He has a warm, easy manner with animals, and he and Rosa became fast friends. He was always communicative and sent helpful, timely updates to me each day — and some pictures to put my mind at ease! He made sure that Rosa was fed, walked, and played with, and I felt completely at ease leaving my pet in his care. Can't recommend enough!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs. Knowing their potty schedules, feeding schedules, medication needs, etc., will make a massive difference in the level of care I can provide. Also, let me know what your little one loves to do on a daily basis -- any favorite treats, do they love tag, fetch, or tug, etc.

Dog Park visits are a must (Marcus Garvey Dog Run is my fave_ Multiple toys and treats available for the dogs as well Fenced yard allows me to play with the dogs frequently and consistently throughout the day

Availability
I work remotely and care for my beagle and labrador retriever on a consistent basis -- 3-4 walks per day, 1-2 baths a week, and a strict feeding schedule. With sitting, it would just be an additional few pups and additional few walks, which I am excited about. In addition, I live near Marcus Garvey Dog Run, so I am a frequent attendee of that dog park.
