Hello Mum and Dads! My name is Terisa. I offer unconditional love and care for your beloved one because I know how important they are to you. Life feels too harsh to be without dog energy around me - so I’ve decided to dog-sit. I have been dog sitting for 7 years and I can genuinely say that it has been a good era for me! I’ve encountered so many furry souls and great families, many thanks to all my lovely dogs and their beloved parents. I have used different means to find furry companions such as Borrow my Doggy where I became best friends with an elderly Rottweiler until his very last days. When I lived in the Netherlands I housesat frequently on a beautiful houseboat and looked after a sweet little rescued Chihuahua who had emigrated with his owners to experience the Dutch way of life. As a student I walked dogs for free simply because I enjoyed the companionship they provided. I love taking my dogs to far flung and interesting places, day trips, hikes in nature, beautiful parks and beaches. I am always searching for dog friendly things to do and exploring new places with a pup is one of my favourite things to do.

Terisa was so lovely and caring with Simba. Constantly updated me with pictures and lovely videos which I am grateful for and it seems like Simba settled down with her very fast! He found it hard to let go at the end hahaha! Will definitely book her again. I couldn’t be more happier xx
Terisa is amazing - you can 100% comfortable with letting her look after your dogs for however long you need. We were away for 8 days and Terisa had the best time ever with our 2 cockapoos - we actually think they had more fun with her than they do with us! She was really professional, flexible to work around us and gave us loads of regular updates and is such a kind and caring person, exactly the type of person you would want to look after your pets. We also feel the boys really loved her work environment and meeting loads of different people and being able to chill with Terisa all day. We are super grateful to have someone we can rely on and trust with our house and dogs without a second thought. Thank you Terisa!
Terisa looked after 2 of our dogs and they could not have been more cared for. Terisa is absolutely amazing with animals and did exactly as we asked of her. She is also very reliable and respectful and great at getting back to you quickly. Will definitely be using Terisa’s services again and can highly recommend her.

If happens to be that I have multiple dogs, I always ask dog parents before and take their permission. I know dogs well and I usually foresee whether my 2 doggies will get along with each other or not. I basically plan my day around the needs of the dog. Every dog has different routines and their usual things they do with you and I try not to skip any of them. But I also provide them with different adventures and find my own way to build our relationship.
A typical day
Having a dog on leash is kind of my 3rd arm and I cannot express enough how natural this has become for me. It is also the greatest method of healing for me. I definitely consider dogs as my best friends and I know that they understand our thoughts and feel our emotions. I'm not looking at it as a job, and I'm doing my best in order not to let you in a worry. I know and I share your feelings, your worries. I update you - sometimes even over update you with their silly moments and lovely pictures.

Availability
Let me explain what I can do: I work from a dog friendly office in Bromley and I live in Romford. On weekdays I can take your dog into the office with me (there are no other dogs) and I will take them on a lovely 1 hr long walk on my lunch break. On weekends and holidays I can offer drop ins, walks, all day dog/home sitting. Unfortunately I cannot have dogs to stay at mine.
