Pet care experience
I have three big dogs of my own and have a ton of extra love to share with yours! I’m willing happy to spend some time with dogs nearby. I’ve fostered for local rescues. With my experience, I’m comfortable with training puppies, and administering oral and topical medications. Whether your dog wants to snuggle or play, I’m happy to hang out with them in their favorite ways! As a part of a family with several dogs, I have plenty of experience taking care of dogs with different medical, physical, and social needs. I’m happy to help how I can!

Teri is responsible and loving towards all beings! I would recommend her 10/10 times to care for my pets, drop in for a walk and play time. Puppy or senior friend - She will always care for your animals like they are her very own. Teri is worth every penny when caring for my dog when I am away for the weekend.

After a visit, you can be sure that I’ll leave your home just as it was left or cleaner. I’ll be sure to put things back where they were found, clean up any accidents, and ensure that all doors are locked when I leave. I’ll send you photos of your pets during my visits and report any found or sustained injuries or abnormalities in my note.

Please let me know if your dog is working on training (potty training, crate training, commands, etc.), has medications including medications used as needed, has allergies, or any behavioral issues. I prefer to have a meet and greet prior to starting services to have a chance to meet your dog to ensure that they are receptive to me and go over their care routine while I’m there.
A typical day
I like to get dogs out to take advantage of the free smells and sounds in the area. If they’re high energy and their toys are available, we’ll spend lots of time playing. If they want pets and scratches, I can spend an entire visit doing so. I love coming up with enrichment ideas and seeing what other activities they may be interested in.

Availability
I work from home most of the week and can be flexible to step away to see your pets during the day. If your dog likes having other dogs to play with, please let me know if you’d like me to bring along one of my own for a play date.
