Pet care experience
You will love my love for dogs! I have lived with dogs my entire life, currently have two spunky pals, and volunteer dog-walking at a local humane society - I can't get enough! I own two "tough" breeds (Husky and Samoyed), and work with a lot of untrained dogs at the humane society, so nothing can really surprise me. My dogs go everywhere with me, so I understand what it takes to entrust someone with the care of your dogs - I would provide nothing less than I would expect. I am a runner as well, and run/bike with my dogs often; I would be able to provide this as part of my walking service as well (30 minutes is about 3 miles for me).

Teri has been amazing with my dog Oliver. She is a great communicator and always sends lots of pictures! She is very attentive to Oliver’s needs and I can tell she really cares about him. I couldn’t ask for a better person to care for my pup! I’m happy to have found Teri!
We love Teri! She is so good with our puppy, really gives him great attention and is active with him! She communicates perfectly, has been super flexible and provides so much detail on the Rover cards. We use Teri on repeat, highly recommended!
Teri was an absolute delight. She was amazing with my nearly 7 year old Golden Retriever, Sophie. Sophie spent every day for a week in Teri's care and I couldn't be happier!!! Teri loves dogs and it clearly shows. Sophie loves her!!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a sitter book Teri.....you won't be disappointed, I certainly wasn't and would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Teri for being such a wonderful person and sitter!

I prefer medium to large sized dogs, but I am happy to take anybody! I would like to know the dogs temperament, how they are around other animals/people (i.e. do they not like men, do they not like cats, etc.), and any commands that they know. Since it is an issue with my boys, I would also want to know if your dog can be off leash at any time.
A typical day
We could go anywhere for a walk - a local park, or just walking around the neighborhood. I am an expert snuggler, and would be happy to run or bike your dog as well. I understand some dogs are nervous around strangers, so I could certainly work on that as well with a dog.
