This was the first time I ever left my dog with someone she didn’t already know (like a friend or family member). Let me tell you, I was so nervous and anxious about this experience, but Teresa changed all of that. She was wonderful with giving me updates of my dog and she sent at least 5 pictures a day. She put all my nerves at ease. When I picked up my dog from Teresa, my dog was totally calm and easily transitioned back to being home. My dog has high anxiety and I could tell that Teresa managed that wonderfully. Will definitely be rebooking again in the future. Thank you Teresa!

I do well with people who communicate a lot. Theresa always answers my texts right away. We had a good deal of communication before I dropped off my dog and I liked that a lot. So overall I was always very much in the know about what was going on and we problem solved together when we had to. Also, Theresa is clearly very concerned about the safety of my dog, I know she was very thoughtful about making sure he was safe. And, she took the best pictures of my dog where he looked very happy and relaxed. After a few days I just waited till the end of the day for these pictures and didn’t think much about him. I knew he was in good hands and I could completely relax on my vacation. That’s a gift. Also, I should mention that he’s a not fully potty trained puppy with separation anxiety so she had a bit on her hands. I recommend Theresa based on my experience.
