Pet care experience
I have been working with animals for nearly 2 decades as a zookeeper, kennel manager, and pet sitter, but have been around animals all my life. My experience has been with tigers down to the smallest primate, this makes me comfortable around pets of all sizes even the largest of dog breeds! I also have experience pet sitting exotic pets, like birds, reptiles and fish. I am also the proud dog momma to 3 pups that are the loves of my life. Let me be your pets new best friend and care for them while you are away. You will be confident that they are in the best hands possible. Schedule a meet and greet for you and your four legged companion so that we can all get to know each other a little.

Second time we have used Teresa for our week away. She sent pictures everyday and let me know how the dogs were doing. Never had one concern about their well being while I was away. She took great care of them!
Everything was taken care of and Teresa did a great job assuring us as the week went on. Would definitely use again.
I had complete peace of mind when leaving my pups with Teresa. My two chihuahuas are particular, but she was patient with them and loved on them. They normally have separation anxiety and lose some weight when we are away, but Teresa staying in their home with them made a world of difference. The pups were just as happy and healthy as when I left. I would definitely recommend the house sitting route with Teresa if your pups have bad separation anxiety.

I am good with all dog breeds, even the extra large ones! The main thing I strive for as a pet sitter is making sure the dog's, or cat's, day stays as normal as possible while the family is away. If you critters are used to snuggling in bed, they are welcome to snooze with me! If they like to snuggle watching a tv or just have a routine they are used to I am willing to accommodate. I aim for a smooth visit that causes as little stress as possible.
A typical day
I enjoy long doggy walks and know where all the good dog parks are. If your dog enjoys water play, then no fear they will get all the splash time they like. I also enjoy long snuggles, so they will get all the cuddles they are used to while you are home.
