My dog walking qualifications are as follows: - I am a fully bonded and insured Dog Walker. - I am a member in good standing of Pet Sitters International. - I am a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming and received my certification in All Breed Dog Grooming and Shop Management in 2009, successfully completing 450+ hours to become a qualified Dog Groomer. This training allowed me access to all types of dogs, increasing my familiarity with dog temperament and their specific breed needs. - I have completed the Walk 'N Wags Pet First Aid/CPR Certification Course. - I fostered a Dachshund named Lemmy that now has a loving, forever home; and a new leash on life. Fostering Lemmy was one of the most life-fulfilling things I've ever done! I watched him come into Nuts for Mutts Dog Rescue sad, lost, and affection starved. With loving care, patience, and medical attention he blossomed and successfully transitioned to his new forever home. - I have many references who will gladly speak of my compassion and ability to care for animals, my dedication, and high-moral values.
