Hey hey! I'm Teresa--I'm a personal trainer and mental health counselor who works from home, which is decent for allowing me to sneak in a pup walk during the day. Generally home most of the day unless I’m out for a run or rollerblade, but generally love staying close to home with my little guy, working on the house. I'm super mellow, and love walks and cuddling up with a pup and a book. I've been a pup parent to a couple of dogs in my life, enjoy fostering from time to time, and am usually the go-to sub anytime my friends go out of town and need someone super reliable to watch their four legged family members.

She's responsible and kind. Her full time profession allows her flexibility, which is not something you always get. Teresa is someone I feel 100% leaving my puppy with.
Teresa is a true animal lover and I would trust her with my dog any day. And if I had kids, I would trust her to watch them too. She is responsible, caring, and very active. I highly recommend her.

A typical day
I live close to Bay Vista park, so strolls down there for sunset are always a favorite! The heat has played a role in the amount of continuous outside time, recently, though.

Since I work from home and have random gaps throughout the work day, I am often able get out for walks or other fitness between clients. My little one is super easygoing and really just wants to enjoy laying around in the yard, so I’ll often just spend time outside as often as possible!
