Pet care experience
I love animals! And I don’t just say it. I know about proper dog training techniques (including potty training, crate training, and tricks, etc.) Im also very well versed in animal behavior and different requirements for different breeds. So your pup will not only be walked but if it’s a breed that needs alot more physical activity then we may jog instead of just walking or we may venture out further to ensure that they get (at least) the minimum recommended daily exercise . Im also very adaptable, so if your pet is more indoors or older or both. Than Ill be sure that they get fresh air and some exercise (to keep them in good shape) but not take them too far so they’ll still be able to walk home. I also clean up after any accidents they may have (if they’re a puppy and aren’t potty trained) or anything they do outside (ie poop). Lastly Im very interactive. I won’t just walk them and thats that and I will never just leave your dog in a crate (unless told otherwise) I always play and have fun with the pet, while still respecting the home.

Would definitely recommend! Came home to a happy puppy!
Tenay did a wonderful job watching our boys! She was super attentive, communicative, and reliable. Our boys were happy and well taken care of. Thank you, Tenay! :)
Tenay did such a wonderful job taking care of all four of our fur kids. She sent us pictures and updates regularly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter
Great communication and I always come back home to happy healthy pups ♥️

I have a fenced in yard and my cats are both very friendly and playful. I know how to properly introduce animals or both the same and different breeds and I always play it safe when it comes to other peoples animals. I never assume I know someone’s pet better than they do nor do I endanger the pet by taking shortcuts or ignoring instructions. I also do my best to learn the animal and their boundaries before I do anything and I never go beyond the owners safety instructions for their pet. For example if you say “My dog does not do well with other dogs so please don’t play with him/her anywhere but my yard.” Then your yard is where we will stay and play for hours until they’re fully exercised and satisfied!

Information Tenay D. would like to know about your pet
I love all breeds big and small! But I feel its important to know a dogs preferences. Do they like kids? Are they ok with children under the age of five or six? Do they prefer a certain kind of food? How do they get along with other dogs? Do they get along with other pets? Are they potty trained? How well do they listen (especially to someone new)? What noises or sounds bother them? What games (if any) does your dog prefer? What are things that might scare your dog ? Are they trained or in training ? What are they being trained for ? What are bad habits I should avoid allowing the dog to engage in when the owner isn’t present ? Does the dog have a tendency to chew on things, get into the trash or bark excessively ?
A typical day
Fetch Running (I know some larger breeds have a certain quota to meet for daily exercise and I love running) Learning a few tricks I like to take different paths everyday to keep the pet interested but never anywhere unsafe Frisbee Going to the park (if the owner approves) Mental enrichment (kongs, age appropriate puzzles, snuffle mats, etc).

I make sure to include my pets in my day to day life rather than expecting them to adjust around it. Unfortunately my schedule varies but it is planned weeks in advanced so I can plan my pets meals, enrichment and quality time with me and each other from there to make sure they are happy, healthy and comfortable when I do have to be away. Additionally I’m always researching and trying new things to give them the best life possible and working hard to make sure I can afford everything they deserve and then some!
