I love the deep-rooted loyalty that resides in dogs’ hearts. As a child, I was the designated carer for my family’s English sheepdogs. I loved them all like brothers, and have loved dogs ever since. I started dog-sitting for my neighbor’s two dogs when I was young. All of these experiences have equipped me with the knowledge, passion, and patience to be an excellent caregiver for dogs of all stripes (or spots, as the case may be!). I never regret a moment spent with a dog; their energy infuses my day with joy from beginning to end. I’m reliable and responsible, and I will keep your dog’s wellbeing at the forefront of my mind at all times--just as I do with my own dog. I can guarantee their safety and happiness will be attended to thoroughly. We’ll enjoy spending lots of time outside. We’ll start with local explorations, going around the block to start then going further afield to find greenery. I’m an avid soccer player, but on a very amateur level, so I’m sure your pup will secure a place on my park team without too much effort! As a new member of the LA community, sitting through Rover is a great way to meet human and canine friends and to get to know new neighborhoods, too. I’ve got experience caring for other pets--including the 17 rabbits I ended up with three years after I arrived in Thailand as a teacher and bought two bunnies! Any cute, friendly species is welcome under my care--and the not-so-cuddly critters can win me over, too.
