Pet care experience
I’ve always been an animal lover, and grew up with dogs, cats, and lots of other pets. Most of my life, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter among my friends and family and always enjoy my time doing the job. Along with personal jobs, I’ve taken up multiple job offers with my coworkers and other people in my community. I’m always happy to meet new people and, of course, their furry family and help out in any way that I can. I’m very confident in my ability to give pets the love and appreciation that they deserve. I work full time, but am always happy to come to an agreement on what times and days work for owners.

Tehya watched our two older cats for a few days, and she did a great job! She was very kind and kept us up to date. I’d definitely recommend her!
Finally I have found the best dog sitter ever! My dogs are my Babies and it is very important to me to know they are in the absolute best care. Tehya comes and stays at my house with my high energy Catahoula Hound dogs when we travel, and she takes amazing cares of them! Lots of long walks and playing ball, trips to the lake for swim, or a romp in the snow, depending on the season. They have all the fun. She also makes their meals just right and she even tucks them in at night ❤️ I know all this because she always keeps in touch and sends me photos and videos while I’m away. That way I can relax when, knowing they are exceptionally well cared for at home. She also always leave us a nice tidy house to come home to! Tehya is THE BEST and I would 100% recommend her services to care for your special friends.
I've known Tehya for years, and have lived with her before, and she has always had an enormous love for all animals, and a special connection with dogs. She has dog sat for me personally twice, both for a week at a time caring for not only my dog but my cat and fish as well. She also has been through a Rover job with me (with the owner's permission, of course) so she understands the procedures and proper care techniques that are required. Any pets you need taken care of couldn't be in better hands than they would be with Tehya!

I feel like it’s always important to know a dog’s temperament and personal space preferences. I have no breed preferences (or species for that matter, I’ve babysat tarantulas).
A typical day
I love adventures to the dog park, lakes, and other parks and fun grassy areas where dogs can enjoy a leisurely stroll or feel free to run to their hearts content. Bear basin has been a recent favorite for off-leash walks.

Availability
I am available after 5 on tuesday-saturday for drop ins, feedings, walks, etc i am completely available mon&sun unless i’ve got something personal going on i’ve got my own pet and partner at home, so i’ll always need to make some time for them as well **Overnight stays and house sitting needs to be discussed before any confirmation to accommodate my family and work schedule**
