I have pet sit for family and family friends most of my life and as I did so more and more it became clear I should probably apply to a job with dogs/animals, so I did. I currently work at a dog daycare/boarding facility and am looking to add even more flexibility to my schedule with dog walking/sitting services. I have two chihuahua mixes. I take my dogs skateboarding and surfing. My dogs are my best friends, not house pets. As much as I love smaller dogs I am still comfortable with large breeds. Most of my family and family friends owned rescued pit bulls. Some were not very well trained or behaved, so I am accustomed to an unruly dog and how to handle a dog on leash and guide them safely through neighborhoods while avoiding any of their negative triggers. Every dog is different, and I am prepared to offer an individual experience to each dog I visit.
