Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover ever since I was 6 years old and our family adopted our first dog off the street, Quincy. Ever since then I have always enjoyed taking care of and walking the dogs we have had as a family. Our most recent pet dog, Peanut, passed away this past year at the age of 16 and I still have dreams about her when I sleep sometimes. I will continue to be a responsible and loving pet carer for any and all dogs that you may wish to leave in my hands. I enjoy walking with dogs around the neighborhood in Avondale where there are lots of pet smells for dogs to track and enjoy along the way. We also have a nice sized fenced in yard where your pets can happily enjoy the fresh air in the case of dog sitting at our home. Oh, and we just recently got a puppy of our own, Ollie, who can hopefully be a play-buddy for any dogs that stay with me.

I left my sweet doggy with Teddy for 4 days and wasn't worried about her for a second! He sent me updates and pictures frequently about her eating and the fun she was having while I was out of town. A typical day
I live very close to a number of small parks where I will walk your dog and play with them. If your dog likes to play fetch we can play fetch in our large, fenced in backyard. If your dog likes to play tug of war with a rag doll, we can play tug of war with a rag doll. There are also a number of dogs around the neighborhood that I enjoy visiting on walks so depending on the time of day I can bring your pet along to meet with these friends and play. I can also bring your dog to Boone Park in Avondale, which is a great place for any dog that wants to roam through nature or meet up with other dogs from the neighborhood to socialize.
