Cat likes her.

Teaira is so great with my pup Rambo! We have gone back to her 3 or 4 since I found her and won’t go anywhere else. Rambo loves her and her family and always comes back happy and tired.

Giving 2 stars because my dog was alive and uninjured. I’ve never had a bad experience using Rover until now. We adopted a senior dog in June, who is completely potty trained (never had an accident in our home even with my husband and me working full-time), is great with kids, and is a big snuggle-bug. Her flaw is that she pulls terribly on a leash and doesn’t use the potty when on a leash as she wants to go somewhere on a mission. We chose Teaira to watch our dog for 9 days because she worked from home, had a fully fenced yard so my dog could run around and potty like she does at home, and was told that my dog would not be around other dogs since she was new to Teaira and we didn’t know how my dog would react to others. We received no updates on our dog after 48 hours, so I reached out to Teaira to see how things were. I received a short reply of “she’s a sweetheart.” Then received no pictures or updates for 5 more days until we received the message “she’s doing great.” We got home on day 8 (the evening prior to originally planned) so I asked to pick my dog up early. When we picked my dog up, there were multiple dogs there, and I was told that my dog had mostly used the bathroom in the house (which she never does) and gnawed through her leash (very concerning to me). My dog seemed very drowsy and not herself when we picked her up and fell asleep in the car (which is also unlike her). I have several concerns for my dog not being let out in the yard like she should have been, potentially tied up somewhere by her leash, and either being sedated or being super stressed/sleep deprived. Her ID tags were also removed, which I’m not sure why that was. I reached out to Teaira after we got home in hopes for more explanation on how my dog was cared for and the circumstances surrounding how my dog could have chewed through her leash, but she never replied. I would never recommend this sitter nor would I ever consider using her again.

Teaira and her family took extra special care of Bill the cat. I imagine if he could talk he’d say he loved being there! I know that I felt very comfortable that he was in good hands. He’s definitely going to go vacation there again while we are gone on ours.

Kiera and her family (special shout-out to her daughter) took very good care of Keeley. Already planning to rebook with them!
