At our first meeting, I explained that our dogs are used to me being home all the time. We were looking for someone to be with the dogs as much as possible while we were gone. Taylor said she would be available most of the day and night. The day before our trip, she told me she was only going to go over there to let them out and sleep, because she wanted to be with her husband. This left us no time to find another option. She left them alone at our house for almost 14 hrs the first day, without checking on them. She sent her husband (whom we had never met) to our house to be with the dogs during the day after that, because she was unavailable. When we came home early afternoon, the heavy drawer where their treats and medicines are stored was open and our smallest dog was very sick. He ate an entire bag of treats and vomited over 25 times. We spent our first night back taking care of him and cleaning up the urine that was all over the rug. She also told me that our indoor-only cat kept getting into the garage, because she didn't see him when she went out. Overall, it was very stressful to be out of town getting updates like this.

Taylor is so awesome with animals. She grew up around all kinds of animals and the expertise definitely shows. She really knows what she's doing and how to work with dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and demeanors. I would definitely recommend Taylor to care for your furbabies!
