Pet care experience
I’ve had my Border Collie mixed breed since she was 8 weeks old; she’s going on 6 years and is my favorite creature in the whole world. I treat animals just like their family with love, respect, care, and safety. In addition to raising my own pup, I have lived in many households with several cats and other dogs that I assisted in the caretaking of. During high school and college in Colorado, I assisted in dog walking services and house sitting (pre-Rover times). I’m responsible, honest, and a total animal-lover.

Taylor absolutely adores meeting new pets and their humans, especially dogs and cats! She loves giving pets, belly rubs, playtime, going for walks, or just chilling and enjoying cuddles. She is a lover of nature, super energetic, and enjoys big and small adventures. She is patient, loving, and kind, and her joy is contagious. She has taken care of our three cats, one of which has special dietary needs and another who has needed medication. I never worry about their care and safety as I know we can always count on her. She has a respect for and genuine love for all animals and those in her care are well taken care of, safe, loved, and treated as her own!

It is important to know both the dog and owners preferences for activities and to understand the dogs temperament and typical reactions to different situations, places, other animals and people. I also will need to know about any medication your fur baby needs, their go-to vet, and emergency contacts/numbers.
A typical day
I love playing all sorts of games with my own dog and if your dog loves to play too, you’re in the right place (“chuck-it,” frisbee, rope, etc.)! I also enjoy taking long walks strolling through neighborhoods and parks to take in all the sites which is perfect for furry friends, too.
