I have had Golden Retrievers since I was a small child so I grew up having a love for animals and wanting to surround myself them. I now have a 7-month old Golden Retrieve of my own and would love to be available to others who aren't able to stay home with their dogs. I previously fostered a dog for 6 months who had some behavioral problems so I am knowledgeable in that area. I have also taken numerous obedience classes with my dogs so I am comfortable being the alpha of a pack. I have always been the go to person for dog sitting as I love helping out with animals whenever I can. I would love to make someone's day easier knowing that there dog was safe and entertained with my love and attention.

We were gone on an extended vacation and was quite apprehensive as she is the love of our lives. Taylor helped relieve some of our anxiety with the great care Reid received. Receiving messages and pictures really help us manage the separation. We will definitely leave her with Taylor again. Much appreciated Taylor!
Taylor is the best doggie-care giver! My golden retriever is my heart and soul, and I trust Taylor 100% with caring for her, which is saying a lot from an over protective dog mom! She has cared for Bessie many times over the years, from being a rambunctious energetic dog to now, as an elderly dog. Bessie is now 13 years old and requires special meds and physical limitations that Taylor expertly handles and keeps her healthy and happy, even when I am away for long periods of time. She keeps me updated with photos and messages to and it gives me great piece of mind to know my old girl is being treated so well. She has a special way with all dogs and I would recommend her to any one as a wonderful caregiver for their furrbaby. (This message has been Bessie approved!)
Taylor is someone who has always had a love for dogs and always gives so much attention to dogs that come into her life. She has always taken such good care of dogs in the family or those of friends. She offers up as much of her time as possible to take care of dogs when their owners are not available.

I do not have any breed preferences but I am used to bigger dogs that can keep up with lost of exercise. Before sitting I would like to know if the dog has any behavioral problems so I know what to avoid and how to handle problems that may occur.
A typical day
I will take the dogs for walks in the owners neighborhood if that is preferred but I love going for walks in the wilderness or by the water if available for swimming. If dogs are staying at my house I have a large fenced in backyard good for running around and playing fetch.
