My sitter canceled last minute on a holiday week. I had never used Rover before. I was very nervous because family and friends have always watched Dora. I read Taylor's reviews and saw she had return customers. Taylor responded promptly and was available. She was also flexible and worked with me on my pick up and drop off times. Dora was well taken care of and I received text updates and pictures. I recommend Taylor and I will be using her again!

Taylor was incredibly easy to work with and obviously knowledgeable about caring for dogs. She put us at ease. She checked in with me several times during the stay and sent pics of our pooch. We appreciated the great care she gave our pet!
