Dog-like energy, cat-like peace
Pet care experience
My childhood was filled with pets- dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, and a snake. My approach for dogs is to wear them out! I am satisfied when your dog needs a nap after our time together. I balance a high-energy outing with lots of water breaks in the shade for safe, sustained walking and playing. My approach to cats is to look and listen for their communication. Cats let us know their boundaries through action with their tails, eyes, meows, and body. Currently, I have been fostering my sister's cat for 4 months. She often comments on how happy he is during his stay with me.
Reviews
I recommend Taylor as a caregiver for any pet. I have experienced her care of my daughter's cat and my dog. She is gentle and patient as she gets to know your pets personality, likes and dislikes. She will spoil them with love and affection. From cuddling to playing fetch, Taylor shows her true love of animals.
Taylor has always been amazing with animals and animal care. She has boarded my cat for me and goes above and beyond to make sure my cat is comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Taylor for all of your pet care needs!
I had Taylor come and watch my three dogs while I was in the hospital giving birth. I knew asking Taylor to take care of my fur babies would give me the peace of mind I needed during a challenging time. My dogs were more than well cared for. Taylor followed all of the detailed instructions left for each of my dogs, since they all have different amounts of food and medications they need. They even got the royal treatment of sleeping alongside Taylor, as they are accustomed to sleeping with me. I will ask Taylor in the future to watch and take care of my dogs anytime I need it. Thank you for giving all the love to my fur babies while I wasn't able to be there!

Skills
Safety, trust & environment
In the mornings and evenings, dogs are fed, watered, and taken outside. I consider a proper walk at least 20 minutes long. I prefer not to head straight home after a dog has gone to the bathroom, lest they become conditioned to hold their waste in an effort to lengthen outside time. If your home has a fended-in yard, I'm happy to let them outside at least three times a day, but require at least one walk per day. Cats are also fed in the mornings and evenings. Depending on your cat's behavior, we may do ten minutes of petting and/or play before or after food.
Information Taylor S. would like to know about your pet
Does your pet have any tendencies for aggression in any areas, perhaps related to food or space? How does your pet respond to physical touch- do they love all pets or are there areas/actions I should avoid? Has your dog been to the dog park? Do they like it and are well-behaved?
A typical day
We will do a morning outing or walk to go to the bathroom. Every day, I'll plan an activity for your dog that may include: a long walk, a run, or a swim. I will play or cuddle your cat for at least an hour a day.
