My family has had multiple pets since I was born; 4 Shih Tzus, a beagle, and 3 labs; so I have experience with all shapes, sizes, and personalities! I have regularly been trusted to care for pets of neighbors and friends for as long as I can remember and I love every second of it!

Taylor is great and our dogs love going over to his house
Ella had a great time staying with Taylor - and appears to have made herself at home right away. Communication was really straightforward and we appreciated the regular updates. We would certainly recommend Taylor!
Indy seemed very happy when I picked him up
Taylor was courteous in demeanour, sensitive to our elderly dog's needs and a regular communicator (text and photos) with us while we were away. Macy is deaf now and nearly blind and Taylor was wonderful, gentle and attentive in her care. This gave us enormous peace of mind to travel away from home, knowing that she was in good hands. We will definitely ask him back again on future trips!

I have a comfortable and spacious apartment with plenty of room for your pets to enjoy themselves! I also have a balcony with astroturf that overlooks the Royal Stables, which is perfect for relaxing (both for humans and pets!) My partner and I keep a tidy and comfy home that is perfectly save and comfortable for pets! We are on the third floor, so if your pet has issues with stairs, please be sure to let us know!

I do have neighbors, and while our walls are pretty think I would appreciate knowing if your dog is on the chattier side! I would also appreciate to be in-the-know about any reactive behaviors your dog might have, as I do live in the city and we will likely pass by many other people and pets outside the apartment! Also, as our apartment is located on the third floor, please let me know ahead of time if your pet struggles with stairs!
A typical day
I want your dog to feel as at-home as possible when its parents are away, which means plenty of playtime! While in my care, your dog will have my undivided attention and I promise to treat it as my own. I love walks around the city and by the waterfront, trips to the dog park, and hikes if that's your dog's thing!

Availability
I am a graduate student but only have in-person classes a couple times a week. When I have to leave the house, it is typically only for no more than 3 hours at a time, and my partner is usually home during that time. But most days, I’m home studying and have plenty of time for spoiling furry friends!
