Pet care experience

I have always had a deep love of animals since a child, I have been professionally working with pets for the last 5 years. I’m currently general manager of an animal care facility where i’m tasked daily with the supervision of staff and our canine counterparts.

Taylor was able to house-sit and take great care of my cat and dog on very short notice, and she was great! I will definitely be reaching out to Taylor for my future trips and would highly recommend her to anyone. My dog is the sweetest, aloofest, territorialest guard dog who I was worried about leaving in the care of a (at the time) stranger. But Taylor was very great with the dog from the initial meet and very understanding of her personality and needs. She was communicative throughout the process, from messaging prior to booking, to meeting, to during and after the stay. I was never left wondering what was going on and had the utmost confidence everything was in great hands the whole time. I returned to a happy cat and dog, and would be happy to leave them in Taylor's care again.

We loved having Taylor stay at our house and take care of our dog Olive and cats Felix and Tig. She was very professional and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly knowing that our animals were in good hands.

Taylor is a consummate professional, through and through. She has a passion for pets, and she is a manager at a doggie daycare. She immediately connected with my very difficult dog, approaching him with patience and kindness. She has been incredibly flexible and has been able to help us in several last minute situations, and has just been a joy to work with. She stayed with Artie for several days when we had to travel, and she was incredibly communicative, checking in regularly, blending pictures, and gave us important updates on his behavior. I highly recommend Taylor for ANY needs you may have.

Taylor really is the dog whisperer. Artie doesn't trust easily or quickly and by the end of their first meeting he was already letting her walk him. (This is not the norm for my dog.) She is an expert with handling difficult, aggressive dogs. Walkers in the past have not been able to meet him on their own or leash him until at least week 2 or 3, and he was greeting her and walking by themselves on the second date. Taylor has a true love for dogs, and it shows. We feel very lucky to have found her. She will be sitting for us next week and I have no doubt that everything will go well. It gives me absolute peace or mind knowing that Artie has been left in her capable hands.
