Hey There! My name is Taylor, and I consider myself to be a natural pet lover. I grew up in a home with multiple cats and dogs and learned to bond with furry friends from a variety of breeds, ages, and temperaments. Cats and dogs have always been a part of my family, and I've watched after geriatric pets and young animals alike. After caring for my family and friends’ pets, I started dogwalking and petsitting in Chicago in March 2022. I have watched animal-reactive dogs, temperamental cats, elderly pets, administered medication, and am comfortable providing constant care when my schedule allows for puppies and anxious animals. I love walking dogs around their neighborhood or through the park, exploring the area together. I have the patience, calm and friendly demeanor, and ability to read animal body language that allows me to confidently watch and walk new animals. It would be my pleasure to spend time with your furry family member. :)

Taylor has a lot of experience with dogs— she takes care of her mother’s boisterous dog when the need arises, her boyfriend’s when the need arises, & knows how to deal with any behavioral issues if they arise as well. She’s even tempered & knows how to respond to dogs so as to not escalate any behavioral issues that may be happening. She’s an incredibly doting pet parent & very receptive to animal behavior!

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with one other cat - a healthy 18-year-old tortoiseshell cat who plays well with other animals - and two pet-friendly roommates. Their bedrooms will be closed off, but my bedroom and our communal spaces will be open to your pets. I am equipped with a litter box, two cat beds, a cat tower, food and water bowls, and space for a dog bed/crate. There's even a carpeted corner of my living room that's been designated the kitty play zone. I have a washable couch cover, air purifier, and hair removing tools, so your pet is allowed on my furniture. Our apartment building has a fenced-in front yard and is located right by Humboldt Park - a great place for dog walks.

My primary job is pet care. I have regular clients that I walk during the week, but have plenty of time to care for other dogs and can offer constant care if given a 2 week notice before booking. I can easily and readily provide attentive care for your pet.
