Taylor was great. Contacted her days before I head out of town for a last minute trip. Timing worked as she was available. Met beforehand to meet our 2 dogs and cat. Our cat fell in love with her immediately. Her & or her boyfriend were here hanging out with our 4 legged crew most of the time we were away. Taylor took the dogs on walks each day. House was in good shape when we got home. Would use her services again as well as to recommend her to anyone else looking for help with their pets.

Tried to suffocate my dog; 10 years old, bad hip, stands 1', by sending him down 4 stairs in 3' of snow!! She wouldn't even go out in it. Told her to shovel a path, (the day before when it was snowing, she refused saying it was still snowing) letting him out on a lower deck to poop, which was still there when i got home. I have cameras on my home with videos of this and she knew this. Left heat on high in a hot tub I did not give her permission to use--texted me after she left that she forgot to turn it off. Did not have a problem shoveling a path to the hot tub. Refused to move her friends car to a spot she would not get stuck in, and instead got stuck in my driveway due to the snowstorm. Texted me several times every day while i was on vacation; asked how to turn on the vacuum cleaner--google it, no common sense. Wanted to have her boyfriend and a friend stay with her. Couldn't follow directions, instructions; refused. Couldn't even get to the meet & greet location. Agreed on a start time on Rover, then delayed it by 2 hours and was still late!! Very irresponsible, manipulative, and lied on several occasions. Can not communicate, thought everything was no big deal. Left a swimsuit on my freezer, dirty pan in oven, stove was a mess...
