There was a last minute change and I did not need the drop in anymore, but Taylor throughout the process was very responsive, timely, and kind. She did come by to do a quick meet and greet with my dog where she took notes on her care and took the chance to let her get used to her!

We are so happy to have found Taylor for cat sitting. She is the best of three we have used. As soon as she came into the house our cat was drawn to her. Not many people get our cat's reaction like that. Taylor was prompt on every visit. Very thorough on her sitting requirements and very adept on her communications with us. If one is fortunate enough to have Taylor as their sitter, you will not be disappointed.
