Hi, I am Taylor! I live in Wells with my husband and work full time as a nurse practitioner. In my free time, I love playing, hiking and loving on my 3-year-old rescue dog, Archie! I have self-taught myself a lot of training techniques since having him. I would love to get to know your dog and be a reliable sitter whenever you need help! I look forward to working with you.

Taylor and I have been friends for over ten years and I can attest that she is a very special person. When she’s not taking care of Oncoloy patients as a nurse practitioner, she loves taking her dog, Archie, on adventures to the beach or on hikes. Taylor is a very nurturing person at heart- and that has been evident in the many interactions I’ve witnessed with her have with dogs (and humans) over the years. She’s one of those people that dogs just gravitate towards. She is very clean and organized. I know for a fact both you and your pup with love Taylor as much as Archie and I do.
Taylor has an extreme love for dogs, which you can tell when she’s around them. She has her own 3 year old dog who is very well taken care of and loved. I know this would translate to any dog and I think she would be a wonderful pet caregiver!

I have a large backyard that is not fenced in but can leash your dog. I also have a nice walking path through the woods in my yard that dogs love! When I am at your house, I can care for your dog however you prefer.

A typical day
Dog Drop-In Visits: For my dog clients, I make sure they get food and water according to your instructions. I either let them out or provide a walk around the neighborhood and incorporate structured walks when we do go out (sitting before crossing, limiting leash pulling, working on heeling, etc) and lots of playtime! I like to work with each owner to understand their dog's unique needs and offer personalized walks customized to your dog. Dog Walking: I typically offer a more structured walk, where care and attention, as well as obedience training (positive reinforcement), will be offered to your dog (sitting before crossing streets, limiting leash pulling, working on heeling, etc).

Availability
I work full time but am off on Tuesdays and then have availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. I would love to work with you to find a schedule that works!
