I currently have a pack that includes one human toddler, a cat, and four dogs. I truly get joy from being around animals and as a pet parent myself, I love giving other owners the comfort and peace of mind that comes with knowing someone is not only caring for their animals’ needs, but loving them at the same time. I pride myself on being able to keep animals in a comfortable and thriving in an environment they can enjoy, while also giving the owner peace of mind. It’s important to me to take your animal’s mental and emotional health into consideration so that you can feel confident knowing your pet has what they need during a stressful time apart. I understand that even the picture perfect pet can become fussy with an owner’s absence, I have all the patience, understanding, and time to give them. I have cared for dogs small to extra large, puppies to senior dogs, healthy dogs to sick dogs. I have experienced with jack russels, labs, hounds, bully breads, german Shepherds, Australian shepherds, Rhodesian ridgebacks, blue healers, and mutts of all kinds. Along with my experiences with dogs I also have experience with cats, horses, farm animals, and reptiles. We have a separate furnished area for dogs that may need some space from small humans and other animals. We have nearly an acre of fenced land with more than acre of love and attention to give, along with our house that is clean and very pet friendly. I am accustomed to all the unpleasant surprises animals can throw at you. If puke, pee, or poop happens you won’t have to worry about me turning my nose up. With experience caring for for puppies, older dogs in diapers, sick dogs, or dogs with separation anxiety, I know how to clean it up properly to not leave a stain or a smell all the while giving your dog excellent care and affection. I can also be a pet taxi, provide running or hiking sessions, and I have base access.
