I've lived in Vancouver for 6 years and I grew up with dogs, cats, and other animals in the house. Currently I have a 1-year old named chihuahua he is small and cute. My family and I got him December 2016. He was shy and a little anxious when we first adopted him but now he is full of energy and love! When my nephew was younger I would go over to his house and babysit him and their dog Mook. For Adrian I would cook, organize activities, and clean up the house. When it came to the dog I would feed him, take him outside every hour, walk him twice a day, and just chill with him while he chewed on his bone. I’m a full-time college student but I don’t have another job so when I’m with your dog at your house or walking my attention is on them. I can spend weekends babysitting them, I can do check-ins and walks throughout the week. I love all dogs but small-medium fluffy non-sporting dogs like Shiba Inus and French Bulldogs make me so happy. I’m only comfortable with small to medium size dogs because those are the dogs I have experience with. I’m willing to care for other pets in the home as well such as cats, rabbits, snakes, hamsters, just let me know. Deal breakers for me are: -aggressive temperament -not house trained With me your dog will have the familiarity of being in their own home and having little to no deviation from their schedule. Whatever your dog likes to do we will do it. Whether that’s sitting and waiting for you to come home between potty breaks or getting loads of exercise. I will also take dogs on walks in their neighborhoods or along the Vancouver waterfront.
