Pet care experience
I have 5 years of experience caring for pets as an adult, and have and cared for pets since I was a child. I grew up having German Shorthair Pointers and later as an adult had a Great Dane - Doberman mix. I’ve also helped out roommates care for their cats as we’ve lived together. Right now I can’t make the long term commitment of getting a pet of my own so I’ve been helping out friends as they travel by pet and house sitting and am hoping to do so more often through Rover.

We can’t thank Taylor enough for her quick responsiveness and taking care of Sirius like she did. She took him on plenty of walks and he certainly was a happy boy when we got back!
Taylor is so, so great with our pup - we've had nothing but great experiences with her! 100% recommend. She's communicative, reliable, & trustworthy. Our dog is always so happy when she comes to hang out with him :)
Taylor is so good with my dog! She obviously loves spending time with dogs and I have trusted her to watch my fur babies multiple times with no hesitation. Taylor and my dog light up when they see each other. She’s exactly what I want when I ask someone to watch my dog- a dog person and responsible!

A typical day
I really enjoy hiking/walking and exploring parks or neighborhoods for on leash walks. The Theo With trail system has been one of my favorites and it has some less busy areas which is helpful for anxious dogs.

Availability
I currently work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and work 730-330 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. I also own my own therapy practice which allows for flexibility on some days when I need to adjust my schedule or add in another remote day.
