With years of personal and professional hands on experience dealing with and caring for animals, I am highly confident that I will be your favorite pet sitter and your fur baby's new best friend! I've been a dog mama since the age of 10, started volunteering at different shelters and rescues at the age of 16 and began working as a camp counselor/dog attendant at different doggy daycares in the New Orleans area at the age of 18 (I'm 27 now so I'll let you do the math lol) While working as a camp counselor, once training was complete, I was left to monitor up to 35 dogs at a time of all ages, sizes, breeds and temperaments. Working alone, in a an open play environment with so many dogs would probably intimidate most people, but I absolutely loved it. It gave me a greater understanding for dogs, allowed me to learn how to pick up on their body languages, I learned more effective training skills, met some rare and unusual breeds and most notably, made me a professional poop picker-upper 😅 lol Seriously, I had to be quick before one of the pups decided to make it their next meal!
