Pet care experience
I have owned many different types of pets throughout my life. Growing up we often had three cats and two dogs at a time with other animals like chinchillas, fish, and rabbits joining our family from time to time. My pets have always truly been a part of my family and I could not picture my life without them. One of my parents has been a veterinarian since I was born and has taught me a lot about caring for animals and administering medications. They are also a helpful resource in the event of after hour's emergencies. I also worked in their clinic through elementary and secondary school, often assisting with doggy daycare and boarding.

We cannot rave enough on how amazing Taylor and Jay are!!! We left our Duke with them for 10 days. It was the first time Duke has ever been away from us. They updated us with pictures, video and were in communication with us. Duke had the best time and since he’s been home, I think he misses his new friends! I highly recommend them as they are truly caring and just great people to deal with!
Taylor was amazing with our dog. He is a unique case that takes patience to build trust with and she handled the visits phenomenally. 100% recommend

I live in a house with a large, fully fenced backyard that will allow your pet to enjoy a good portion of their day outside. Your pet is welcome to sleep however they are used to doing home. I am able to set them up with a bed on the floor in our bedroom or crate them in another room on their own.

The most important things I ask are if your dog requires any medications and, if so, on what schedule. I also like to ask for Veterinarian's information in the event of an emergency while you're away. Other things that are good for me to know are your dogs normal sleeping habits, what rules they follow at home so I can ensure they are followed here as well, and any habits you're trying to break so I don't accidentally reinforce them.
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy nightly walks around the block to release some energy and regular visits to the backyard to run around and play with our dog, Winston. If the weather is nice, I often set up my computer on the deck to work while the dogs enjoy basking in the sun and sniffing to their hearts content.

Availability
I currently work online, from home, and with a flexible schedule. This will give me the ability to give your pet my undivided attention and offer unlimited pee breaks as often as every hour. I have pet beds set up in my office so your pet can feel comfortable, accompanied, and supported during their stay in our home.
