Hello! I’m Taylor. I am 24 and moved to AK from NC. I was a Vet Assistant for 5 years prior to moving here. I have worked in shelters and have been pet sitting off and on for a very long time. I also worked as a kennel assistant. I am in school for my veterinary technician registration. I am experienced in medical care and am knowledgeable about proper meet and greet etiquette and vaccination history. I have also dabbled in pet training. I am experienced with reactive and high energy pets. I own a German Shepherd and a Labrador currently. I have owned Huskies and other personality specific breeds. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions! I’d love to assist you and your babies. I first hand know what it is like to worry and want the best for the pets who are more like children.

Taylor was patient with our grumpy, old dog. She provided midday dog walking and was easy to work with and responsive to request. She is located on post, which is convenient. Highly recommend.
We recently moved to the area and Taylor watched our girls, a lab mix 80lbs and a husky mix 50lbs. She gave us consistent updates and sent us pictures to ease our nerves. We will trust her with with ours dogs in the future and would recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter locally.
Taylor is definitely the person you want, she LOVES dogs.. well, animals in general. If I were closer to her, she'd be watching my dogs everyday. There's no one I could think of that would be better for this job!

Large fenced in yard, security cameras. Pet proof home. My own dogs are crate trained and my cats have their own escape to their own room for quiet time. Bones and toys are not left unattended with my own or anyone else’s pets. I first hand have seen the things that will end up in your pets stomachs when left unattended.
