Taylor is helpful and communicative, always glad when she is available to walk my dog.

We hired Taylor to take care of our two dogs and two cats while we were away on vacation. She stayed in our home for six days. This was our first time using Rover and we were a little nervous but as soon as we came across her profile we had a good feeling. Then we met her in person a few days before we left and we could tell she was exactly who we were looking for. I made a set of detailed instructions and after that I didn't have to worry about anything. Taylor took excellent care of all four animals, and they quickly warmed up to her. She sent me photos and updates every day and I could see the animals were fine and acting like their normal, happy selves. Having someone at our house taking care of the animals was the easiest and most practical way to go about this, and Taylor made the whole process run smoothly. When we came back, it was as if there had never been anyone in the house at all, because everything was in order :) I'm glad we used Rover and found Taylor!
