Pet care experience
I’ve overnight pupsat (new word) a dog on her period. I currently have 2 pups, a bunny, 2 cats and a hamster. I know distress signs and am never uncomfortable around animals. They need to feel trust. I’ve had a dog growing up, I have a local vet, I’ve had 4 ducks that I raised from ducklings, and I’ve also had a Guinea pig.

I have a fully fenced back yard, the cats have a room that they can be put into with a litter box, water and food, mainly they are out roaming about. My dogs prefer to stay outside but come in when they want (then go right back out) my cats are free fed, dogs are fed twice a day and sleep inside in their kennel. I am willing to accommodate any animal needs, including special diet, medication (even injections as I worked in the medical field) if you ask, I can do it! :)

A typical day
We have a dog park within walking distance that is a huge open field! Depending on what your pup like to do, we can throw a ball or bring a toy but mostly my dogs just play with everyone else there. Very nice people. I spend time outside playing fetch, my 5 year old loves going into the backyard and the dogs follow her around and play with her. I have a treat puzzle (my dog is too smart for it lol she gets all the treats every time and looks for more. I have doggie/child gates, I like to give head and tummy scratches. And we have TONS of dog toys lol most are in the backyard cuz they sneak them out and we’re always buying new ones. They also like empty water bottles with no lid or if they’re big enough, empty milk gallons with no lid.

Availability
I have a 5 year old and a 9 month old so I would prefer animals to come stay with us! But if not I may need to bring 1 or both of them :) they’ve grown up around animals and aren’t scared of them/ love them. I also know how to keep my 5 year old calm around pets
