As an animal lover, I strive to give the best quality care possible while individualizing the experience to best serve each animal. My family had cats growing up, and as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned how to care for them through various life stages and health conditions. I’m comfortable and capable of medicating cats as well, including pills/oral medicine, topical treatments, and injections. I’ve had several opportunities to take care of dogs for friends and family, and have gained a lot more experience with them through rover. I am comfortable medicating dogs as long as the owner shows me what needs to be done. I currently offer walks, drop in visits, and house sitting. I require meet and greets for all dogs, house sitting requests, and animals with special care, such as medication. Additional fees may be added due to travel outside of my service area, last minute requests, constant care bookings, and late pickup/drop off. My prices are firm and there is very little room to negotiate. Please advise me of any special needs, quirks/behavioral issues, daily routines, and preferred walking routes or drop in routines. Drop ins and Walks: Flexibility in timing is necessary for walk and drop in bookings due to travel between bookings and any unforeseen circumstances. If you need a walk or drop in at an exact time, please mention that in your request. I require a minimum of 3 drop in visits per day for dogs if you will be out of town. Less than 3 visits doesn’t allow me to adequately meet your dog’s needs or provide a level of care I’m comfortable with. Travel fees may be added for requests outside of my service area and are dependent on the distance and traffic during that time of year. There is a same day cancellation policy for walks and a 7 day cancellation policy for drop ins. House Sitting: My house sitting services guarantee you 12 hours of my time overnight, and I will come and go throughout the day as needed based on my schedule and your pet’s schedule. I provide morning and evening updates every day. Up to an hour and a half of walking per day is included, any more than that may be an additional charge. If your pet can’t be left alone for more than 2-3 hours, I consider that constant care, which is a higher rate than my base price. Constant care rates will be calculated based on the care your pet needs. Meet and greets are required for all house sitting requests, so I can meet both you and your pets, as well as see where I will be staying. There is a 7 day cancellation policy for house sitting.
