Home full time, I go for runs too!

Pet care experience

I am a 2015 graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst as a registered nurse. I love pets, have two dogs of my own, and have previously owned two cats, a turtle, and all sorts of hamsters. I have pet sit for neighbors and family for about ten years now, and I live in Manchester year round. I love going for walks, playing in the yard, and I would be happy to make trips to the local park or dog park! I work full time nights (three a week) so I'm home all day :) I am very active and can walk your dog st least three times a day and I love with three dogs in my current home which belong to my roommates so there will anyways be friends available to walk with!

Taylor Culmone is a fiercely passionate and loving human-being. Whether its caring for other people or animals, I would trust her to care for those I hold dear in my life more than any other person. Perhaps it's her up-bringing or her values that she's developed as an adult, Taylor has the type of personality that is infectious, even to those who have just met her. I have had the privilege of knowing her for almost four years. It would come as no "surprise" that the occupation she has chosen is nursing. Currently an ICU nurse, she continues to blossom in her career. Providing for others is so natural to her, that I can predict she will do great things in the nursing profession in the years to come. When she told me she wanted to sign up and walk dogs for families, I wasn't the least bit surprised. I encourage you to choose Taylor as your Rover because, in my experience, she'll treat your pets like they were her own. I wouldn't be surprised if she even brought treats and developed games for your furry-family members, because to her, your pets become her family too.

To put things differently here--where most people might focus on a person's mannerisms with a dog that is theirs or that they've known for a while--there is a lot to be said for Taylor during a time recently when she had to give up a dog because of an allergy that she had to it. She rescued a dog, a very lovable, and lively mongrel, naming him Orion, only to find out that he was (in part) of a breed that she was allergic to: she couldn't touch Orion without her face puffing up in a ruddy complexion. She wanted very much to keep him, but realized more and more--day after day--that that wasn't feasible. In the days leading up to the one on which Orion was to leave Taylor's side, on which she found--after searching for some time--a home for Orion, I have never seen such genuinely compassionate care for a dog, consisting of walks, hikes, playdates and baths; nor have I seen such an avid search for the best home, a home in which a dog would get the love and attention Taylor was certain Orion deserved--I have never seen such care from a person who was herself aware that that companion was soon to be someone else's. What says the most about a potential dog caregiver, I think, is what that person is prepared to do knowing that the dog isn't theirs, or in Taylor's case soon won't be theirs. In that respect Taylor stands out exceptionally.

Taylor is great with animals, treats all that she comes in contact with as if they are her own. She has 2 dogs as pets growing up and did a wonderful job caring for them. She has fun with them when they are in a lively mood and cuddles with them when they just wanted to hang out.

I am happy to write this testimonial for Taylor as a dog sitter/walker. I have known Taylor for a long time. Not only is she is extremely conscientious, considerate and kind but she is a nurse. She is always willing and ready to help those in need. That is where I come in. She has taken care of my own dog, Chloe (who loves her) so I can say with the upmost certainty that I trust her and you will be lucky to have her take care of your pet.
