Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog owner and lover my entire life. I currently have a 1 year old lab-husky mix who keeps me on my toes and is spoiled rotten. We go to the park daily or take a leisurely walk around our neighborhood. I’m accustomed to administering medications and ear drops as well as bathing, trimming nails and de-shedding. I believe that exercise and lots of love are important are vital to every pets overall health and happiness. My dogs are my children and I take them with me everywhere. My current pup sleeps in the bed with us nightly but we can make arrangements if that is not what your loved one is used to.

We left our very spoiled golden retriever Sweetie with Taylor for a long weekend. This was the first time she didn't refuse to eat and wasn't depressed when we picked her up. She was treated just like one of the family and loved Taylor's dogs too. Taylor sent us photos of Sweetie each day and we could tell that she was happy and loved it there. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

I would prefer to know if the dog is potty trained or if cleaning up would be needed regularly. I am used to large breeds but am confortable with small and medium sized dogs as well. It would also be important to know how your dog interacts with other animals and people to prevent any potential issues. Some dogs have sensitive stomachs as well so please inform me if there are any special diet restrictions or preferences.
A typical day
Should you chose me to keep your beloved pet, I can assure you they will be loved and receive lots of attention. With plenty of land to navigate and places to explore, your pet will receive adequate exercise and regular potty breaks.

Availability
I currently work full time as a social worker and will be available on weekends only for the time being. I’m typically home most every weekend to provide care to your loved one! I’m open to multiple family pets and can be flexible with transporting if needed. I understand that every dog had different needs so I am a firm believer in keeping detailed record of every pet need and typical potty schedule so that their schedule remains the same as if they were at home. Just like kids, dogs need stability and general routines to stay happy and healthy.
