In the beginning Taylor came off as extremely responsible and communicative. She came over the day before we left for a meet and greet and she showed up on time on the day my wife and I were leaving to a resort two hours away from home. After we left she was sending us pictures of the dogs and everything seemed fine. About an hour into our drive she asked us if she could have a friend come over. We told her that we didn’t have an issue with that. At 8:39pm we received an alert to our front door camera, showing Taylor and her friend leaving with their bags. We just figured she was taking her friend home. It wasn’t until about 11:30pm that we didn’t not see Taylor return. We sent her a message asking if she was going back soon because Rocky is only a 13 week old puppy and his routine was clearly stated that he went down at 10 and usually needed to be let out at 5-5:30am. Panic started to set in when Taylor did not respond at all, we contacted Rover and they attempted to contact Taylor where she did not respond at all. After I received a text from my neighbour saying the dogs were barking we had no choice but to make the two hour drive home in the middle of the night. We got home and found a couple empty alcohol containers and no sign of Taylor or our house key and no response until 5:30am saying her friend hurt her eye and she needed to take care of that. She did drop the house key off a short time later. I find if you’re going to charge someone for an overnight, it’s expected you stick to the schedule set out for you. It’s understandable that situations may arise during a stay but we expect you keep in contact with us, we could have made other arrangements but you did not respond at all. For a first time app user not impressed at all.

Taylor did such an amazing job looking after our dogs for our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing !! She was a great communicator and so kind to them. We would have Taylor watch our dogs anytime !
