I grew up on a farm and have always had dogs in my life, they bring me such joy and I love how much they just enjoy life. My experience with pet care has never been direct as when I was growing up the dogs we had were family dogs, I have personally never owned my own dog, while I have fosters a few dogs and a cat. Regardless I have always felt a strong connection with dogs, I am always researching about breeds of certain dogs to understand what they need from us and what to watch for as they get older, as some breeds are more susceptible to certain problems. I believe that all dogs are good but just need to be understood before they are purchased so the owner has an understanding of how to train them. There is nothing worse then hearing people say that "so- and so" is a bad breed of dog, there is not bad breed of dog, only bad and/or uneducated people.
