My pup was in good spirits when i returned home so that was great but i found empty beer cans not just in my house but in the driver side of my car!!! House was a bit messy but not a big deal. However, i asked to extend her stay by 1 night bc i got stuck in L.A. on my way home and she said yes. I was so grateful, but she then asked me to instead of rover send money to her directly on venmo. I did that immediately but then found a friend to stay with my pup instead bc i was getting weird messages from her that seemed like she was annoyed. So I told her no need to stay extra night, i got it sorted and please refund the money. This was all within the timeframe of her original booking. she didn’t respond and has not sent me back the money. I would say if you are in a pinch, she would be good with your pups, but I wouldn’t let her stay at your house and certainly wouldn’t let her use your vehicle. I realize that was a big mistake on my end, but she had assured me that she would be responsible, and I thought it would be helpful for taking my dog on adventures.

Taylor-Ann walked my very energetic dog for me with no issue. She was kind and patient with him. I plan to use her again.
