Since dogs never cease to bring a smile to my face, it’s my duty to make sure that they are just as happy as I am! Dogs truly are man’s best friend, and I simply love spending my time around them. I’ve been a pet sitter for over 15 years, and have only grown to enjoy spending time with pups more and more during that time. They are just so intuitive and know just how to make our days brighter! One of the best things about me as a sitter is my flexibility and openness! I am currently completing my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and am finishing up my classes online. This kind of care of humans allows me to be more attuned to your pups needs, while also learning as I care for you pooch to become a better counselor as well! It's a win-win! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.

A typical day
Exercise is a huge part of my life! I love to stay active, which is perfect for dogs. After all, a healthy dog is a happy dog! There are tons of things to do around me, from going to the park to exploring hiking trails and beyond. It really does lift me up so much to spend time having fun with dogs, so I always make sure that every dog that’s under my care has all the exercise and playtime they need to stay happy. My neighborhood, Arcadia, is also perfect for dogs because of its young energy and timeless feel. It’s a safe place for pups and a great location to have fun in!

Availability
As for dog boarding and doggy-day-care, I provide routine potty breaks and play sessions that will have your fur baby all loved up and ready for you at your day's end or after your time out of town. I currently am only boarding HYPOALLERGENIC dogs inside of my home and apologize to those who have breeds that are not. My apartment has 30 foot high ceilings, a higher floor view of Biltmore Fashion Park and spacious room for your little one to be at ease while they are away from their human for the stay. As your dog sitter, I provide daily check ins with photos of your smiling companion! I know how difficult it can be to be away from your pup, so I’m here to make that time as easy as possible. I believe that great communication is the foundation for any stay, and I’m glad to take meticulous notes on anything you need to be kept in the loop on. From meal prep to exercise times, you’ll know exactly what we’ve done for the day, and enjoy some great accompanying photos as well.
