I was pretty upset to get home and discover the strong smell of urine as soon as I got inside after our vacation. The crates had been wiped out but I believe just with a paper towel and both my dogs were covered in dry pee. There was even a day that the dogs did not get let out until 11:22am for the first time that day. Very long stretches of time that they were jot let out and when they did get let out Taylor was only there for about 10mins. Pretty upset with the care my pup’s received. Will look for someone else next time.
